We got our newborn pictures back today. Our photographer is one of those people that had her shit together. You know? She sends you detailed instructions before the shoot so you know exactly what to do and expect, she guides you through the whole process, helps you place your order, and then everything comes wrapped in beautiful packaging. It’s an experience. It feels like a high-end luxury product.
It’s so easy to forget that it’s all in how you make people feel. I wonder what would change if we were always so intentional?
